Hotel Jolly St. Ermin's został wybudowany n w miejscu XV-wiecznego klasztoru wybudowanego na polecenie króla Henryka VII ku pamięci Św. Ermina. Po tym, jak klasztor popadł w ruinę, w latach 1887-89 na jego miejscu zostały wybudowane budynki mieszkalne. W końcu, na początku XX wieku hotel został przekształcony w hotel.

Hotel oferuje 19 sal konferencyjnych mogących pomieścić maksymalnie 200 osób. Dodatkowo, w hotelu znajduje się bar Caxton, restauracja Crystal Room i Allegro Con Brio, w której serwowane są dania kuchni włoskiej.

Follow the signs to Central London and head to Parliament Square or Victoria Station and the hotel is 5 minutes distance from both directions, off Victoria Street, opposite New Scotland Yard.
