The staff are all very attentive and professional, ever-willing to ensure the comfort of the guests. This naturally contributes greatly to the friendly and cosy atmosphere of the hotel. Families visiting sons or daughters studying at the London universities are also within easy reach of the shops and all the well known attractions of the busy capital. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift.
