Informacje dla podróżujących

By Air / Train (from Heathrow Airport):
Take the Heathrow Express service to Paddington, then take the London Underground (the tube) to Euston Square Station, via the Circle Line. The hotel is situated right above the tube station. Take the exit towards Euston Railway Station. When you come up on the stairs, the hotel is just behind you.

Alternatively, a taxi from Paddington takes about 10 minutes.

Uwagi

Na terenie całego hotelu obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz palenia. Ze względów bezpieczeństwa, po przyjeździe zobowiązani są Państwo do okazania dowodu tożsamości oraz ważnej karty kredytowej. Płatność za pobyt należy uregulować w momencie meldowania się w hotelu.

Rezerwacje 6 lub więcej pokoi będą traktowane jako rezerwacje grupowe. W momencie potwierdzenia rezerwacji, hotel pobiera bezzwrotny depozyt w wysokości 50% całej wartości rezerwacji. Kolejny bezzwrotny depozyt pobierany jest 10 dni przed datą przyjazdu. Kwota ta może zostać ściągnięta z karty, której numer został podany w celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji. Opcjonalnie, depozyt można wpłacić bezpośrednio do hotelu (przelew, gotówka lub czek).

W przypadku rezerwacji grupowych, rezerwacje mogą być zmieniane lub anulowane najpóźniej 10 dni przed datą przyjazdu. W sprawie szczegółowych informacji prosimy o bezpośredni kontakt z hotelem.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All children under 10 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.50 per person.
