Each apartment offers 2 bedrooms that feature extra long queen-size or single beds. 90% of the apartments have 2 bathrooms, shaving mirrors and anti-fog wall mirrors. The lounge offers large screen LCD TV. Each kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern conveniences, including a washer/dryer. The dining area comfortably seats 4 people.

With a fantastic city centre location just off Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile, this aparthotel offers the perfect place from which to ‘walk Edinburgh'.

The Holyrood Palace, Parliament, Dynamic Earth and Arthur’s Seat are some top destinations that are right on the aparthotel’s doorstep. Edinburgh Castle, The Museum of Scotland, The Scotch Malt Whiskey Society and Camera Obscura are a 20 minute stroll away.

For dining out there are a host of excellent restaurants to choose from – some examples are Wedgwood the Restaurant, David Bann and Mai Thai, all within a 5 minute walk.

Being located in the Old Town area means you are spoilt for choice for a great selection of true Scottish bars.

From m8 and the West - Follow signs for the city centre. From Princes Street, turn right into Lothian Road. Take first left along Kings Stables, which brings you out at the Grassmarket. At end of road, turn left, and follow road under two road bridges. You will come to a busy crossroad at St Mary Street, and you want to go straight across into Holyrood Road. Just after the new University Halls of Residence, turn into small close on lhs called Hammermans Entry. Follow road round, and this will bring you to our car park gates.

From the East End of Princes St., Take the road up North Bridge at the junction of the bridge & the Royal Mile, turn left and head down toward The Palkace of Holyrood House. You arrive at a roundabout and should turn right along Horse Wynd and right again onto Holyrood Road. Take the second opening on your rhs into Hammerman's Entry.
