The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa is home to the award winning One Spa.

One Spa offers guests the ultimate in luxury, with 11 multi-purpose treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy room, 19 metre ozone friendly pool, state-of-the-art fitness studio and a carefully designed thermal suite with an impressive variety of holistic heat experiences including an aroma grotto, rock sauna, bio sauna, tepidarium, laconium and hammam. Unique to One is the outdoor hydropool, a stainless steel pool cut into the rooftop of the building with a cedar plank curved rear wall, accessed by swimming from the indoor hydropool. Dramatically lit at night, the 35ºC salt water evaporates into a soft mist in the air above the pool, creating an unforgettably relaxing and romantic image.

Many of the 260 spacious bedrooms have fabulous views of Edinburgh Castle. As well as the facilities listed in "room descriptions", each offers international power plugs, in-house films, telephones with voicemail and 24-hour room service.

The Grill Room is our fine dining restaurant which has a simple philosophy; irresistible flavours, simply prepared and beautifully presented. The Grill's menu brings you the best of Scotland and beyond in a setting that is both welcoming and intimate.

The Terrace offers light, space and choice. An international buffet styled restaurant, the Terrace, has magnificent views of Edinburgh Castle. Our vibrant menu consists of our famous carvery, a cold cut buffet, sizzling stir fry selection and delectable mono portion desserts.

Bold and beautiful, Santini is an altogether contemporary take on the best Italian cooking. Authentic flavours burst with vitality on a menu that takes inspiration from across the regions.

Please be advised that the outdoor hydro pool will be closed for essential annual maintenance from Monday 7 January 2008 and will reopen on Monday 21 January 2008. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, however all other facilities in the spa will be unaffected.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and costs GBP 6.00 per hour.
