Situated on the seafront, just yards from the beach and within easy reach of the town, theatres and pier; this is the only grade 2 listed seafront accommodation in Eastbourne.

Sea Beach House Hotel is a family-run hotel that offers a warm welcome with a relaxing atmosphere. All of the rooms are tastefully decorated and are equipped with an en suite bathroom or shower. Complimentary tray, television, and radio alarm are standard features of the guest rooms.

Eastbourne was nominated as a finalist in the ‘Best UK Resort' category at the prestigious Group Leisure Industry Awards 2007. Top attractions include the South Downs, Beachy Head and Sovereign Harbour.

Airbourne is a 4 day international air show which attracts thousands of visitors every year. Eastbourne also hosts the annual Eastbourne tennis ladies tournament in June.

By Car:
- If either driving down the A22 or A27 follow the signs to Eastbourne and head for the seafront.
- Sea Beach House Hotel is located on Marine Parade 200 yards east of the pier.

By Train:
- Arriving by train into Eastbourne station walk through the town centre and head for the seafront towards the pier.
- Taxis are also available directly outside the station.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. There is a tea garden if guests wish to smoke outside. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
