Situated just off the seafront, Ivydene Hotel is under personal supervision of the Ball family, with emphasis placed on serving freshly prepared traditional English food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Ivydene Hotel is a Victorian building completely re-furbished in a traditional style, with an AA 4-star rating. All our rooms are en-suite and non-smoking with colour T.V, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities.

There is a licensed lounge bar, stair lift and unrestricted street parking. If you are looking for a friendly family run hotel that offers genuine Sussex hospitality then you are sure to enjoy a stay at Ivydene Hotel.

By Car:
- From the A22, head towards Eastbourne Seafront. At the Sovereign Centre roundabout, proceed along the seafront about 1 km.
- Just after the Redoubt Fortress, turn right into St. Aubyns Road (by York House Hotel) then immediately right again into Hampden Terrace which is the at the top of Latimer Road.
- Ivydene Hotel is situated about 75 metres along on the right-hand side of the road.
