One of the best located hotels in Torquay only 350 yards from sea front, and 200 yards from the conference centre.

We are a welcoming non smoking bed and breakfast hotel with private car park and all rooms en-suite.
The railway station is about 10 minutes level walk away (but we can collect you by car). The hotel overlooks parkland, and the harbour and town are just a short stroll away. We are non smoking throughout, all our rooms have sparkling en-suite shower rooms, and are tastefully decorated and appointed to a high standard. All have been recently refurbished. The hotel has a tranquil atmosphere and is the ideal place to unwind and get away from it all. It is also a very good place to stay if your are on business.

Having enjoyed one of our sumptuous breakfasts cooked to order, you can relax in our elegant lounge. We pride ourselves on our high levels of hospitality and accommodation and do all that we can to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. There is a very good restaurant only 175 yards away, and we can recommend some really good places to eat.

We do not accept under 18s/hen/stag/or wedding parties.

Food and beverages

Our dining room reflects the Victorian elegance of the hotel and overlooks parkland. Here you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast, cooked to order, English or continental available from 8-30am to 9-30am. (Earlier if requested).

Tourists information

From Newton Abbot:
- Continue straight for Torquay.
- At the last set of traffic lights which fork into Newton Road and Avenue Road by Torre railway station (you will also see Halfords store in front of you), take the right hand lane into Avenue Road (sea front and harbour signs).
- Carry on through the next set of traffic lights and Bampfylde Road is the next left.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
