Located just 250 metres from the water's edge, the hotel is the ideal location for visiting Torquay's harbour and its array of unique shops, restaurants and bars.

Extensively refurbished in its centenary year, the hotel offers a piano bar, outside terrace and double glazing to ensure a peaceful nights sleep.

The 10 bedroom hotel consists of spacious, well appointed bedrooms (most with sea views), each with its own stylish shower room, TV with DVD player and beverage facilities.

As a fully licensed hotel, there are a wide range of wines, beers and spirits available for you to enjoy in our sizable bar, or while relaxing on our raised front patio, taking in the views across Torwood Gardens.

Room information

All rooms are double glazed, centrally heated, and come with TV/DVD, beverage facilities and stylish en-suite shower rooms.

All rooms are non-smoking, including the bar, however smoking is permitted on the front terrace of the hotel.

Tourists information

From m5, follow signs for Torquay. On entering Torquay follow signs for Harbour. With the Harbour on your right, turn left at the clock tower in to Torward Street, over traffic lights and Hotel Hudson is 100 metres on the left opposite the AMF Bowling.

Car parking for 4 cars but free road parking opposite the hotel and a pay and display car park only a 2 minute walk away.

Remarks

We do not accept groups unless by prior arrangement.

We have a minimum 2 night stay at weekends.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
