Elmdene hotel is a small friendly family run licensed hotel.All our rooms are en-suite and tastefully decorated. The hotel is set in a superb location overlooking the open parkland surrounding torre Abbey, we have a large private car park and we are close to all main bus routes, torquays main railway station is about 400m level walk, as is the main Torre abbey beach. The English riviera Conference centre is also just 500m away, A level 10 minute stroll will take you into the busy harbourside

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 2.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
