This delightful Edwardian residence offers all of the comfort and refinements of a small hotel which is now graded as a 4-star guest accommodation by Visit Britain Quality in Tourism. We welcome couples and families to enjoy a little pampering on the English Riviera. There is a comfortable lounge with a licensed bar, private parking and delightful award winning gardens. High-speed wireless internet access is also available.

The hotel is close to all amenities, yet quiet.

Room information

The Brandize has a selection of bedrooms on 2 floors, ground and 1st floor level. The bar/lounge is situated on the ground floor. The charming dining room is down a flight of stairs at semi-basement level. If the stairs are a problem for diners, a table can be laid and meals served in the bar lounge.

Tourists information

From the M5:
- Exit at junction 31 and follow the A38, then the A380 signposted for Torquay.
- Follow the A380 to the Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot.
- Continue along the A380 then the A3022 into Torquay.
- When you arrive at Torre Station/Halfords, follow signs for the seafront/English Riviera Conference Centre and continue onto Avenue Road.
- Continue down this road, over a set of traffic lights and The Brandize entrance is on the left hand side, approximately 50 yards past the set of traffic lights, opposite the playing fields.
- The entrance to the car park is a slope, with both level and hill parking.

Remarks

We do not accept bookings from single sex groups. Should you be seen to be part of a group you will be refused entry.We reserve the right to take a deposit anytime up to your arrival. Deposits are 20% of your total booking.

Settlement of room accounts are accepted within 24 hours of your arrival by either cash or card (credit cards carry a 2.5% surcharge).

Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00. No late arrivals please unless previously agreed. Please advise us of an approximate arrival time when booking.

If booking a family room, the price quoted is for 2 adults and one child. Additional children (up to 3 in total) are charged 12.50 GBP per night. Please let us know at the time of booking how many children.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
Please note, if modified, a fixed amount of GBP 5.00 will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 7 years are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
