The hotel has been established for twenty years with having built a consistent reputation for good food, friendly and efficient service in a warm and congenial atmosphere.

Tourists information

From the South;
On the a1m after Washington Services fork left onto the a1 then fork left for Gateshead South a167 which takes you to the Tyne Bridge. Take the first exit right after the bridge which is for east and Tynemouth a1058. Turn left at the mini roundabout onto Osbourne Road b1600 and we are about half a mile along on the left.

From the North;
On the A1 take the exit for Gosforth and Gosforth Park A1056, turn right at the first roundabout onto the B1318, go through Gosforth, through the built up area until a roundabout, turn left onto the A189. At the traffic lights turn right onto Osbourne Road B1600 and we are about a half a mile on the right.

From the West;
Stay on the A69 until it goes on as A186, at the first mini roundabout turn left onto A191. At the next roundabout turn right onto A167, go straight on at the first mini roundabout then right at the next onto A167 which is a carriageway, take the first slip road off and turn left onto A187. At the next roundabout go straight on to A189 then at the traffic lights turn right onto Osbourne Road B1600, we are half a mile down on the right.

Please note that group reservations of 10 people or more require a deposit of 20 GBP per person that is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 5 to 14 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
