Room information

All rooms contain a double bed, a bunk bed and can sleep up to 3 people. Room amenities include wash basin, mirror, corner table, radio and colour TV. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Toilets and showers are located just down the hall from your room.

Area information

Newcastle is a vibrant friendly city and a great location. You will find that it is brimming with attractions many of which are nearby our hotel. These include Earl Grey's Monument, St. Nicholas Cathedral, the Castle Keep, Bessie Surtees' House, Blackfriars and The Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art.

Tourists information

The hotel is highly visible, being adjacent to the A1 junction with A696 - T where you exit for Newcastle Airport and Jedburgh.
At the roundabout take the B6918 exit and you will arrive at the hotel.

Remarks

Please note: all reservations must be secured with a visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately, American Express and debit cards cannot be used to secure a reservation. Debit cards however can be accepted at the hotel for payment.

Groups:
Any bookings made for 5 rooms or more are subject to our group policy. A deposit prior to arrival is required. Please contact the hotel to arrange this and ensure that your bookings are secured. Should a deposit not be received your reservation may be cancelled.

Upon check-in, an additional GBP 50 refundable, damage deposit will also be taken. It is applicable per room booked and is taken by cash or accepted forms of credit/debit card for payment.

Weekend Bookings:
Weekend bookings (arrivals on Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights) are subject to a GBP 50 damage deposit payable direct to hotel on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure.

New Years Eve Bookings
Those staying on New Years Eve are advised that a GBP 75 damage deposit is applicable to be paid direct to the hotel on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Baby cots are not available.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
