The apartments are designed by Ben De Lisi and comprise a lounge/dining area, a modern Italian fitted kitchen with granite work tops, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a stylish bathroom.

Tourists information

Follow signs to Central Manchester and Deansgate. Proceed along Deansgate to the junction with Blackfriars Street and Market Street. At the traffic lights, which are alongside the Renaissance Hotel, turn on to Blackfriars Street. The Edge can be seen on the left just across the Bridge. For pedestrian access, take the steps down to the riverside walk and turn right into the reception. For vehicular access, continue along Blackfriars Street to the traffic lights. Turn left into Chapel Street. Watch for the third turn left again into Clowes Street. Proceed to the forecourt of the Edge for check-in.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
