For over 50 years The Westland Hotel has been welcoming both national and international visitors to London. During that time it has acquired a unique reputation as a hotel that sets high standards of accommodation, where guests receive genuine friendliness and warmth.

Room information

All the spacious bedrooms (some with balconies overlooking Kensington Gardens) are en suite, with video, hair drier, trouser press, ironing equipment and all modern facilities.

Premier rooms have a separate seating area (sofa beds), ideally suited for young families.

Remarks

Please note that from 1st July 2007, no smoking will be permitted in the hotel, including the rooms. There will, however, be designated areas.

A charge applies for pets staying (per night) who must be house trained.

Gratuities are not in fact included as listed but are at guest's discretion.

Car Parking at the hotel is on a first come, first serve basis however there are NCP's located nearby if the hotel's car park is full.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 17.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 12.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
