The Boulevard Hotel is a newly refurbished b&b situated few minutes walk from London's Paddington Station. We offer Continental Breakfast and a 24 hour reception desk.

The Boulevard Hotel has been completely refurbished in 2003 to a modern and cosy standard. The 35 rooms, all en-suite, are not very large but offer all what you need for a pleasant stay.

Tourists information

From Paddington Station in Pread Street walk towards Edgware Road until you see on your right Norfolk Place. Turn in Norfolk Place, and the Boulevard Hotel is about 50 M. on your left. From Heathrow Airport: Take the Heathrow express to Paddington Station (approx 15 min), or Take the Piccadilly line (blue) to Glocester Road than change for the Circle Line (yellow) to Paddington (approx 50 min). From Gatwick Airport: Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station, than change for the Circle Line (yellow) to Paddington. From Stansted Airport: Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station, than change for the Circle Line (yellow) to Paddington.

Credit card details are only to guarantee the booking, full payment will be taken on arrival. We may pre-authorise a card and reserve the right to cancel the booking if credit card details are not valid.

Please be aware that our restaurant is closed for dinner on the following dates: 23rd – 29th December inclusive 31st December – 2nd January inclusive Lunch is only available on 24th and 31st December.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
