The luxurious decor and personal service all add to the warm atmosphere.

All rooms have individual climate control, Sony PlayStation, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer, dataport, en suite bath/shower, remote control TV and 4 pay per view channels. Room service is available 24 hours. On site is the Stanhope Restaurant, serving modern European cuisine. Light refreshments and snacks are available from the Lounge Bar, as well as afternoon tea from 14:30 until 17:30. Other facilities include two conference rooms for up to 60 people.

We are located just off of Park Lane in the exclusive area of Mayfair. This is a very central location with Hyde Park within walking distance. Shopping is well catered for with Bond Street, Regent Street, Oxford Street and Piccadilly, some of the world famous shopping streets, located in the surrounding area. It is a few minutes by taxi to London's West End and Theatreland with a host of attractions nearby.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please note that when in house, should you wish to decide to shorten your stay for any reason you are still required to give a full 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs GBP 14.99 per person.
