Short description

Offering 6 single, 6 double and 4 triple/family rooms, all with en suite showers, this guest house is protected by 24-hour surveillance cameras on each floor.

All of the rooms are fully equipped with a variety of facilities and a fully lit car park is provided at the rear of the building, also protected by a security camera. There is also plenty of unrestricted parking available on the side roads.

Please note that the management are currently adding rooms to the guest house. There is no disruption to guests.

Special rates are available over the Christmas period (10 December 2007 - 10 January 2008).

Reception is open 24-Hrs a day , 7-days a week.

At the time of booking the room advertised may have limited availability.

All our rooms are of similar standard.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs GBP 3.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
