K Lounge is great for people watching or if hunger gets the better of you, book a table in Kanteen, a stylish contemporary restaurant offering a great selection of creative modern dishes. K SPA provides a wide variety of relaxation facilities, including facials, massages and hot stone treatments. There's also a Jacuzzi, a sauna, two aromatherapy steam rooms, and a solarium. Business facilities include four meeting rooms and a business center. Shops, theatres and nightlife of the West End, only a 10-minute tube ride away.

Tourists information

By Foot From Shepherd's Bush Central line tube station, cross main road at pedestrian traffic lights, turn left and before the roundabout, take the first footpath on the right and walk down the slope. Take the right- hand fork into Richmond Way. K west Hotel is located 100 metres on the left By Road From Holland Park roundabout, take the inside lane and drive past the shopping centre. Take the first left into Rockley Road. Take the next left and drive to the end. You will find the hotel straight ahead.

Remarks

K West reserves the right to refuse check in if you are unable to provide a credit card or Visa or Mastercard debit card. You must know your PIN number. You may also be asked for photo ID.

K Spa is an adult-only facility (only for those over the age of 18 years).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
