A haven of relaxation and calm amid the hectic bustle of London's West End, this hotel is bright, stylish and contemporary with a friendly, enthusiastic can-do approach.

Attractive, light, comfortable, modern and well designed accommodation is all en suite, equipped with LCD cable TVs and hospitality trays. We're continually improving the hotel to make your stay even better. The hotel was renovated in October 2006. We are now entirely a non-smoking property.

Tourists information

By Air / Train (from Heathrow Airport):
Take the Heathrow Express service to Paddington, then take the London Underground (the tube) to Euston Square Station, via the Circle Line. The hotel is situated right above the tube station. Take the exit towards Euston Railway Station. When you come up on the stairs, the hotel is just behind you.

Alternatively, a taxi from Paddington takes about 10 minutes.

Remarks

The hotel operates a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire property. An identity card and valid credit card are required upon check-in for security reasons. Payment for your stay will be taken upon check-in.

Bookings of 6 or more rooms will be considered a group. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Another non-refundable deposit is due 10 days prior to the arrival date. The amount can be arranged on the credit card details provided as guarantee. An alternative method of deposit payment can be arranged directly with the hotel (bank transfer, cash or cheques).

A 10 day prior to arrival notice period is given for any group cancellations or amendments. Contact the hotel direct for further information.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All children under 10 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.50 per person.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
