Dolphin House is a block of modern apartments located in the Pimlico area of central London, within walking distance of the banks of the River Thames and not far from Buckingham Palace and Victoria train station. Pimlico tube station is just a few minutes walk from the apartments, enabling you to have quick and easy access with the rest of London via the underground tube network.

Each apartment features a super king-size bed, duck down duvets and feather pillows that all contribute to good rest and relaxation, whether you’re in London for business or for pleasure. With on-site shops and a fitness centre, Dolphin House aims to offer you some unrivalled facilities in central London.

Dolphin House Serviced Apartments are part of the Dolphin Square complex and are situated around 3 and a half acres of idyllic landscaped gardens in the heart of Westminster. Located in a tranquil residential area, Dolphin House offers a range of contemporary non-smoking serviced apartments for stays from one to 89 nights.

Our spacious and sophisticated apartments provide all the comforts of home and feature a wide range of facilities and services. Whether you are staying in London for just one night or for several months, Dolphin House is ideal for you.

Dolphin Square also consists of a shopping arcade providing a newsagent, travel agency, cafe, pharmacy, and off-license and within walking distance of larger supermarkets.

Dolphin House offers a range of contemporary non-smoking apartments.

-Light maid service with twice weekly full clean and linen and towel change (Monday – Friday excluding weekends and public holidays).
-24-hour front desk, security / CCTV and maintenance.

- Hypnos king-size, pocket sprung, zip and link beds with luxurious 300 thread count linen; duck down and feather duvets; goose and duck down and feather pillows; and Frette towels.
- Villeroy & Boch dinner service, Wedgwood cutlery and crockery.
- A washing machine and electric hob/oven are available on request.

You will receive a welcome hamper on arrival (contents vary depending on length of stay), and REN toiletries on arrival.

Area information

Located in a tranquil residential area, Dolphin House is within 5 minutes' walk of Pimlico Underground Station with links to central London and only a short taxi ride from both Victoria Station and Waterloo International. The nearby Westminster Millennium Pier provides regular riverboat transport to the City of London and Canary Wharf.

Tourists information

By Public Transport:
The nearest Underground station to Dolphin House is Pimlico, which is on the Victoria Line and is a 5 minute walk from Dolphin House. At Pimlico Station, take the Bessborough Street South exit and walk down the road on your right. Take a left turn into St Georges Square after the church, and then take the first right into Chichester Street and Dolphin House is on the left.

There are a number of bus routes leading to Pimlico, including 24, 36 and C10.

By Underground
From Heathrow Airport:
Take the Piccadilly Line to Green Park and change onto the Victoria Line to Pimlico.

By Train and Underground
From Heathrow Airport:
Take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station (journey time approximately 15 minutes).Get on the underground at Paddington and take the Circle Line to Victoria. Change onto the Victoria line and travel to Pimlico.

From Gatwick Airport:
Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. Get on the Underground at Victoria Station to Pimlico (one stop on the Victoria line) or get a taxi to Dolphin House (approximately 5 minutes).

Remarks

The swimming pool, restaurant and bar are currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed until the end of January 2008.

Dolphin Spa is currently undergoing refurbishment. There will not be any treatments or access to the sauna and steam room from 12 October 2007 until March 2008. The gym is complimentary until 31 December 2007 only. Other facilities and services carry individual charges.

Check-in information:
To comply with the terms and conditions of their operational licence, staff are required to obtain a signed agreement between Dolphin House and residents. This agreement takes form of a Tenancy Agreement which must be signed on arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.50 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 25.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
