Tourists information

By air: From Gatwick Airport (28 miles south) take the Gatwick Express train to London Victoria station (30 minutes). From Victoria underground station take the District Lane to Aldgate East station. Exit here then follow the underground directions for Whitechapel Art Gallery and then once at street level, turn left out of the station, then left again into Osborn Street. The City Hotel London is just 20 metres further on, on the right-hand side of the road. From Heathrow Airport (15 miles west) we would highly recommend you take the Heathrow Express to Paddington station, then change onto the Hammersmith & City underground line. Get out at Aldgate East Station and the City Hotel London is 1-2 minutes walk from the station. From Stansted Airport (40 miles north) we would highly recommend you take the Stansted Express train to Liverpool Street station. From here change onto the Hammersmith & City underground line to Aldgate East Station. The City Hotel London is a 1 minute walk from the station. From London City airport take the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) to Tower Gateway, then one stop on District line to Aldgate East station. BY CAR: Located by the A11 and A12 roads, this hotel has its own secure car park, accessed via Old Montague Street.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 2.00 per hour.
