From Victoria train station (5 minute walk):
- Cross Buckingham Palace Road, turn left and walk down the road until you reach Victoria coach station.
- Turn right into Elizabeth Street and walk up the street until you reach Ebury Street.
- Cross the road, turn right and the hotel will be on your left-hand side.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
