Short description

The Lynton House is a quality non-smoking establishment , awarded 4 AA stars for quality and cleanliness, situated only 50 metres from the pier and sweeping promenade.

A small car park is available for guest use (subject to availability).

This immaculately maintained private house lies under the Great Orme, just off the sea-front. Bedrooms are strictly non-smoking, smart and comfortable, with well-chosen decor. We also have 3 four-poster rooms, one with a whirlpool bath. For special occasions we can furnish these rooms with wine, chocolates and flowers for a one off payment. Please confirm with us on availability.

There is a comfortable lounge with "Honesty Bar" for residents and hospitality is warm and welcoming. We also have the facility for guests to use a wireless enabled laptop (free of charge) from the lounge and some of the bedrooms (please advise us in advance).

Please note that we do not have a lift.

Tourists information

On arriving in town, take signs for the promenade and proceed along it until the junction at the Cenotafh. Turn right so as to keep going along the promenade and turn left at the roundabout into Church Walks.

If paying by credit card at the hotel, a 3% surcharge will be added to the bill.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
