Positioned adjacent to the sea front where you can enjoy panoramic views of Llandudno, this Victorian Town House is beautifully appointed with 12 fully furnished en suite bedrooms.

Our property has been totally refurbished to a top class standard to provide everything you could wish for in luxury guest accommodation.

Our staff have been specially selected and trained to look after you to the highest standards during your stay with us. Your bedroom will be serviced every day and all your linen is crisp from the packet. A quality range of complimentary toiletries are provided and when you wake up in the morning and you will find a newspaper outside your room.

The sweeping bay of Llandudno with its charming beach is literally across the road from our property. The town centre with its delightful range of shops is at the end of our road so we really are a perfect base for visiting this historic town.

Please be aware that the hotel does not have a lift.

Hotel information

Quite literally meaning 'beautiful view', the Bella Vista has beautiful views of Llandudno bay.

Room information

Each room is equipped with: brand new, remote-controlled Tvs, a Freeview box, a complimentary fine tea and coffee selection, biscuits, mineral water, ironing facilities, clock radios and everything else you could wish for in luxury guest accommodation.

Optional extras include:
Champagne: GBP 29, GBP 39 or GBP 49 bottles.
Flowers: GBP 20, GBP 30 or GBP 40 bouquets.
Chocolates: GBP 15, GBP 25 or GBP 35 boxes.

Please contact reception if you require any of these on arrival or during your stay. Payment must be made by cash, or V.A.T will be charged on top.

Food and beverages

We have a beautifully finished 40 cover Cafe/Restaurant and outside terrace area.

Breakfast is 08.15 - 09.30. Early breakfasts if required must be arranged by telephone before arrival, vegetarian meals available.

Area information

The town centre with its delightful range of shops is at the end of our road so we really are a perfect base for visiting this historic town. Llandudno has a great choice of activities from skiing and tobogganing, walking, fishing and sailing or for those who prefer to relax, we have a cinema nearby or a choice of free DVDs to help your self to.

Tourists information

On entering Llandudno by the a470, drive through the town centre towards the end of the shops and you will come to a roundabout with Woolworths on the right, Turn right and the road bends round to the left. Follow this road for 250 metres and you will come to a small roundabout turning left on to Church Walks. We are immediately on the right hand side.

Remarks

If you smoke in your room your credit card will be charged 98 pounds for defumigation costs and you will be asked to leave our premises.

Our latest check in is 8.00pm after which reception is closed - no entry will be available unless a late check in is organized prior to arrival.

Check out is 10.30 prompt. Late check outs are charged at 4.00 per half hour thereafter with an amount equivalent to one nights stay being charged if check out has not occurred by 12.30.

Bank holidays weekends can only be booked for 3 days or more. Any bookings made for less than 3 days will be cancelled by the hotel within our policy.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 2.00 per night and person for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
