This cosy bed and breakfast accommodation is situated in a peaceful tree-lined road just a few minutes walk from the beach, pier, promenade, shops, restaurants, train station and theatre. We have 6 bedrooms (5 are en suite and one has a private bathroom). Each room offers hospital trays with tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates. En suites and bathrooms have toiletries.

Area information

We are situated on the beautiful North Wales coast between 2 ormes (mountains); the Great Orme and the Little Orme. There is a tram and a cabin lift up the Great Orme which is a beautiful vantage point to see over the Conwy mountains. We are about 30 minutes' drive from the Snowdonia mountain range and 15 minutes' drive from Conwy Castle.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
