The apartments are conveniently located within a 2-minute walk of Farnborough High Street, providing excellent restaurants, bars and shopping in the Kingsmead centre.

Farnham Castle, Ascot Racecourse and Thorpe Park are all within a 30-minute drive from the apartments.

Tourists information

By Car:
- Exit junction 10 of the M4 onto A329M
- Exit at signpost "Bracknell".
- At the 2nd roundabout turn right onto the A3095 to Sandhurst.
- Continue on this road until the roundabout signposted Camberley, then follow Camberley signs.
- Take the A321 turning to Camberley.
- Passing the Meadow Shopping Centre on your left, continue straight over roundabout onto A331.
- Continue along the A331, taking exit signposted Aldershot Military Town and North Camp.
- Bear left onto slip road and take 3rd exit off roundabout signposted A3011 Farnborough.
- At next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Park Road and bear left into Reading Road.
- Drive along Reading Road for approximately one mile.
- Up the hill, Saco is Number 17-19, a large modern development on the left-hand side of Reading Road at junction with Somerset Road.

There is no reception desk at the apartments allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and independence during their stay. Once you have received your confirmation email you will be contacted by phone with automatic check-in instructions for your apartment and a contact number for during your stay.

You will be contacted by the hotel and will be required to give an additional credit card deposit before your arrival for weekend or Christmas bookings which is refundable within 14 days of your departure.

SACO require payment in full prior to guests' arrival at the apartments.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 350 per room will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
A fixed amount of GBP 500 per room will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms only and charges are applicable.
