Kings Theatre and many bars, restaurants and clubs are also nearby.

The guest house is located just 10 minutes drive from the bypass and motorway.

By Car:
- If travelling from the South take the A68 or A702.
- If travelling from the North take the A9 then the M90.
- If travelling from the East take the A1.
- If travelling from the West take the M8.
- Then follow the signs for Tollcross.

By Bus:
- From the city centre, bus station and Waverly train station, take bus numbers 10 or 27.

By Air:
- From the airport you can take a taxi or the airport bus into the city centre.
- It is then a 5 minute walk to Tollcross.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
