Situated just off the seafront, Ivydene Hotel is under personal supervision of the Ball family, with emphasis placed on serving freshly prepared traditional English food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Ivydene Hotel is a Victorian building completely re-furbished in a traditional style, with an AA 4-star rating. All our rooms are en-suite and non-smoking with colour T.V, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities.

Tourists information

By Car:
- From the A22, head towards Eastbourne Seafront. At the Sovereign Centre roundabout, proceed along the seafront about 1 km.
- Just after the Redoubt Fortress, turn right into St. Aubyns Road (by York House Hotel) then immediately right again into Hampden Terrace which is the at the top of Latimer Road.
- Ivydene Hotel is situated about 75 metres along on the right-hand side of the road.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 5 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
