The Sorrento Hotel is in an ideal location, not far from the town centre and only 1.5 miles from the railway station. This medium-sized, family-managed private hotel is well situated in the south side of Cambridge.

The Sorrento Hotel caters well for the business traveller, with its easy access to the M11 and the ring road, ideal corporate facilities for up to 50 delegates and ample free car parking, protected by 24 hour CCTV cameras.

It is also an excellent tourist stop-over, yet has the friendly and informal atmosphere of a holiday hotel.

Well maintained with high standard of cleanliness, the hotel has an a la carte Italian restaurant (closed on Sundays) and snacks available 24 hours a day. The restaurant also has a full wedding service for up to 150 guests and the hotel has a Bridal Suite with double jacuzzi and sauna.

Some rooms have disabled access.

An authentic Italian restaurant serving freshly cooked individual dishes, which are wide ranging and will suit everyone's tastes.

Please be advised that bthe restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Tourists information

Exit M11 at junction 11, then follow signs towards Trumpington. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right onto Long Road. At the next main junction, turn left onto Hills Road. Look on the right for the Tim Brinton Peugeot car showroom. Turn right into Cherry Hinton Road. Go through a small set and a main set of traffic lights. We are 10 yards on the right next to the Rock public house car park at the rear.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
