The Kings Hotel is an elegant Grade 2 listed building by the sea in the centre of Brighton. Our hotel retains all its character and charm from its previous years.

*For guests arriving between the dates of 1st January - 31st January 2008 will benefit from breakfast included in the room rate when booking a room only rate and those booking a Bed & Breakfast rate will benefit from a free late check out until 12.30pm.*

Tourists information

From the M23/A23:
- Follow signs for Brighton City Centre and then seafront
- At the roundabout opposite the Brighton Pier follow signs for Hove so you are travelling along the seafront
- The hotel is located just past the West Pier.

Brighton Station is just 10 minutes walking away or about 4 GBP in taxi.

Remarks

Car park is available on a 1st come 1st served basis. See reception as you arrive (you can pull up in front of the hotel as you arrive) who will advise you of availability.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
