Our hotel is just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and nightlife.

The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of all of the amenities and railway station. This period building, with its delightful, sculptured exterior features and distinct copper dome, has been skilfully modernised and now provides all of the facilities that you would expect from a 3-star plus hotel.

The 77 bedrooms are well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, trouser press, satellite TV, electronic safe and mini refrigerator. The 46 sea view bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and the Suites have panoramic views. The hotel also offers both smoking and non-smoking bedrooms. Like most Brighton hotels, there is no parking available at the Belgrave. Russell Road car park is closest at a 3 minute walk away and Regency Square car park is approximately 7 minutes walk away. By presenting your car park ticket at the hotel reception, you will be eligible to pay a discounted rate for the duration of your stay.

Tourists information

Travelling south on the a23 from London, turn left towards the a27 and then take the first left onto the a27, heading towards Worthing. Take the next junction off the a27, signposted Hove. At the top of the slip road, take the second exit off the roundabout and proceed south along Dyke Road.After 1.2 miles turn right into the Droveway and left into Shirley Drive, (alternatively continue until reaching the next traffic lights and turn right into The Upper Drive before turning left into Shirley Drive.) Proceed south until reaching the seafront, then turn left keeping in the left hand lane. After 0.5 mile you will pass the Grand Hotel, the belgrave is just beyond this at No. 64 Kings Road.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 18 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
