Welcome to Urban House; a unique place to stay

From the outside we have the charm of a classical regency building with 200 years of history. Step through the door, however, and you are transported into another world, from the elegant casino lighting, seductive black and oak wood bar, through to the beautiful honey coloured travertine rock of the newly created spa.

We aim to bring something special to Brighton; a stylish, small, privately owned hotel with a great location, bang in the heart of the city.

Urban House is a regency building with 30 bedrooms over 5 floors. Sorry, we do not have a lift. Non smoking hotel

Maybe you are celebrating a special event, here for business, or just visiting with friends. Whatever your reason for coming to Brighton, Urban House can offer you the ideal room. As well as the facilities listed in the room descriptions, each room offers
LCD digital TVs (32-inch in the sea view rooms).

The hotel is situated in fashionable Kemptown, within sight of the sea and pier and short walk from an endless selection of different things to do. You will find high street fashion, chic designer shops, Brighton's famous lanes with an inexhaustible choice of bars and restaurants, galleries, exhibitions, theaters, the pier, unique Brighton Pavilion and much, much more.

Tourists information

By Car:
- Follow the M/A23 into Brighton.
- Turn left onto Marine Parade and New Steine is the 8th turning on the left.
- Taxis are available from Brighton train station. The number 7 bus will take you to New Steine, where you will find the hotel.

Remarks

Please note payment is on arrival all check-ins before 10pm unless alternative arrangement have been made with the hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
