Located on the popular West Cliff, just a few minutes walk to the Town Centre, The BIC - Bournemouth International Conference Centre and beaches, The Montague Hotel offers ample car parking.

We have 32 completely refurbished rooms, all of a high standard and of varied design and décor. Superior and Family Rooms are also available on request. All rooms are non smoking.

Our Henley's restaurant overlooks the terrace with swimming pool. It prides itself on good traditional home-cooked food using fresh local produce.

The conference room is ideal for seminars and can welcome groups of up to 35 people. Delegate packages are available and the hotel can also cater for private parties and weddings. This room makes an attractive private dining room for up to 20 people.

Situated on the beautiful West Cliff, just a short stroll from the town centre shops and BIC (Bournemouth International Centre), The Montague Hotel is fully refurbished and is one of Bournemouth's highest rated AA hotels, the hotel offers bedrooms of a high standard which are all of varied design and decor, superior rooms are available (for a nominal charge and subject to availability) - all the bedrooms are en suite and equipped with television, hairdryer, trouser press and hospitality tray.

At Henley's restaurant, savour the delights of the award winning chef and experience fine dining in the relaxed, comfortable restaurant. Daily Specials available every evening - locally caught fish and shellfish is a particular specialty. Earlier dining to accommodate shows or theatre reservations is available by prior arrangement, please contact us directly.

Tourists information

From the A31, turn into A338 following directions to Bournemouth (approximately 8 miles/ 12.8 km). At Bournemouth West roundabout take 1st left into Cambridge Road. Take 2nd exit at roundabout into Durley Chine Road.

Proceed to the next roundabout and take 2nd exit - The Montague Hotel is immediately on the right. The Montague Lodge is located approximately 800 yards / 0,8 km from The Montague Hotel on West Cliff Road, approximately half way between The Montague Hotel and the BIC.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
