The Gresham Court is somewhere very special, a Grade II listed Victorian building with traditional decor and furnishings. Traditional attention to detail plus quality of service is never forgotten and always assured. We are just a short walk from the beautiful golden beaches and the delightful parks and gardens that Bournemouth has to offer, and at 1 km from the centre of town. ALL NON SMOKING ROOMS.

Food and beverages

Wine and dine in our delightful 'Newlands on the Cliff' restaurant. Non- residents welcome.

Tourists information

By car: From the m3 motorway, proceed south towards Bournemouth onto the m27. Pick up the a31 through the New Forest and take the a338 spur road to the centre of Bournemouth, where you will come to a large roundabout. Turn left into St. Paul's Road, then take the third exit at the next roundabout into Holdenhurst Road. At the Lansdowne Roundabout, take the third exit onto Bath Road. At the mini roundabout, take the second exit into Grove Road. The Gresham Court is approximately 100 yards on the left hand side.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 6.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
