In existence for over 100 years, the Glendevon Hotel is among Bournemouth's oldest family-run hotels; offering affordable, contemporary accommodation in the West Cliff area.

All bedrooms are decorated to a good standard and all are with en suite bathrooms, with either a bath or shower.

Area information

Meyrick Park Golf Club (800 m) - This testing 18 hole golf course, established in 1894, is set in 120 acres of undulating scenic parkland.

The New Forest (18 km) - Now a National Park, the forest includes the largest remaining area of unenclosed pasture land, heathland and forest in the south east of England.

Jurassic Coast (20 km) - A 152 km section of beautiful and largely unspoilt coastline, designated a World Heritage Site. Renowned for its beauty, it also provides a complete geological record of the Jurassic period and a rich fossil account.

By car:
From the North and East:
- At the end of the M27, continue on the A31.
- Turn left on the A338 and continue for approximately 10 miles.
- At the 2nd roundabout, follow the signs to the BIC and Beaches, turning left up the hill and straight on at the roundabout.
- Turn left at next wooded roundabout and take the next left into West Hill Road.
- The hotel is on the right, approximately 400 yards on.

From the West:
- From the A35, follow the signs to BIC and Beaches, turning left, up the hill and straight on at the roundabout.
- Turn left at the next wooded roundabout, and take the next left into West Hill Road.
- The hotel is on the right, approximately 400 yards on.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
