This seafront hotel overlooks the Irish Sea on New South Promenade, and has recently extended its facilities to include a children’s games room, pool tables and a larger dining room.

Families and couples will appreciate this superb position adjacent to the world-famous Pleasure Beach, and during the holiday season there is also live entertainment. The hotel is close to the Sandcastle Complex, Grosvenor Casino and South Pier. A short ride on Blackpool's famous tramway will take you to most other attractions including Blackpool Tower, the Central and North Piers, as well as the famous Fleetwood market. Nightlife and shops are within easy reach and Blackpool Airport is also accessible.

The hotel offers you clean, comfortable accommodation at reasonable rates. There are excellent New Year’s Eve celebration packages available. The Trafford cannot, regrettably, accept bookings from stag and hen party groups.

The Trafford Hotel is a 36 bedroom (all en suite) family-run hotel. You can be assured of clean accommodation and a very satisfying breakfast, with a wide choice.

There are 2 and 3-day New Year's Celebration packages available.

Area information

The Trafford Hotel is situated on the seafront with its beautiful newly-built promenade, on the south side of Blackpool. It is close to the South Pier and the famous Pleasure Beach amusement park. The hotel is only a short tram or taxi ride from all the nightlife, casinos, bars and clubs, as well as Blackpool Tower, the Winter Gardens and theatres.

Tourists information

By Road. Take the M55 ( from the M6 ) towards Blackpool. At the end of the motorway turn left towards Blackpool Airport. Keep going past the Airport which should be on your left, until you meet the Sea Front, turn Right onto the Promenade. Look out for the hotel on the Right hand side about 1/2 mile along.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
