This family-run, licensed hotel located rests in a prime location on the prestigious North Shore.

We are one minute away from the picturesque cliff top walks that overlook the Irish Sea. The town center is a short sea side walk or bus ride away. You can take the tram for Blackpool Tower, The Winter Gardens, piers and Pleasure Beach.

Tourists information

Travel from the Promenade to the only roundabout at Gynn Square. Continue north on Promenade, with the sea on your left, and take the third right turn into King Edward Avenue.

Remarks

We do not cater for large, single sex parties, or stag or hen nights.

Over the Easter, May and August Bank Holiday periods, we are operating a minimum two night booking system.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 2.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
