Short description

We are a small, family-run guest house catering for families and couples.

We will provide you with your own key to come and go as you please. All our rooms have new, large en suites with excellent showers. There is a wide choice from the breakfast menu and a 4-course evening meal is also available, subject to numbers.

The Seaforth is located across the road from the world famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach and just a few yards from the Promenade.

Please note, we are a non-smoking establishment and are not licensed.

Room information

All rooms are en suite, double glazed and centrally heated. They offer the facilities listed in "room descriptions" as well as hospitality trays. The hotel has the latest fire alarm system installed for your peace of mind.

Food and beverages

A comprehensive English breakfast is served, consisting of fruit juice, cereals, bacon, eggs, sausage, hash browns, baked beans and mushrooms. Enjoy as much or as little as you want. Toast, preserves, tea and coffee is also available.

Vegetarians and other dietary requirements can be catered for, if the guest house is notified in advance.

Area information

We are located across the road from the famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach and just a few yards from the seafront, where you can jump on a bus or a tram for a short ride into the city centre. South Pier, Waterworld, the casino and all the usual shops, clubs and pubs are all within easy reach.

Tourists information

By Car:
- Take junction 32 off the M6 onto the M55 for Blackpool. Look for the signs to the Pleasure Beach.
- Keeping the Pleasure Beach on your left, pass The Star public house and take the next left.
- Turn left again then take the 1st right.
- As you enter Napier Avenue, Seaforth Guest House is the 1st hotel on the left.

The guest house would appreciate an approximate time of arrival from you.

Payment Information:
Payment by debit or credit card is subject to either a GBP 3 or 3% surcharge (whichever is the greater) by Seaforth Guest House.

The price quoted for one night stays is a premium price and the full amount will be charged to your credit card by Seaforth Guest House at the time of booking.

Other Information:
Please note that the Seaforth Guest House only accepts bookings from couples and families. Groups or stag/hen parties cannot be accommodated.

Seaforth Guest House operates a non-smoking policy throughout.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 33 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 33 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
