This friendly family run establishment is found in the South Shore area of this lively resort, just minutes from the Pleasure Beach and Promenade.

It has been awarded a 3-star rating by Visit Britain Quality in Tourism and you will find a warm welcome here.

Food and beverages

Evening meals are not available at the hotel. However, there are several restaurants and fast food establishments within an easy walk of the hotel. Kath and Rick will happily share with you their favourite eating places upon request.

Area information

The hotel is situated approximately 200 yards from the sea front and a 4-minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Complex. It is ideally sited for those who require a quieter area with easy access to the entertainment that Blackpool is famous for.

Tourists information

From all routes, drive to the sea front and drive south towards the Pleasure Beach with the Blackpool Tower behind you. Close to the Pleasure Beach is the South Pier. Turn left opposite the entrance into Station Rd, the hotel can be found towards the end of the road on the left hand side.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
