Tourists information

From the m55 follow the signs for Central Car parks and continue to the very end of the road. Turn left into Central Drive and follow the road round the right hand corner into Albert Road. Pass through one set of traffic lights and you will find us just 100 yards along, on the right hand.

If the reservation is for one night, the entire cost of the reservation will be immediately charged. Full payment will also be charged on all bookings made from outside of the UK.

Please note that there is no car park at the hotel, although there is a long-stay car park on the same road, offering reasonable rates.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 40 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
