Special offer for guests travelling by coach or rail and staying for three or more nights - free transfer by car to and from Coach/Train station. Please ask if required.

Room information

Besides our bedrooms situated on the first and second floors, we have available three ground floor rooms which are very popular with guests who are wheelchair users or have stair climbing difficulties. These are priced just the same as our upstairs bedrooms so it is vital to book early to avoid disappointment.

Area information

The Brooklyn is situated in the North Shore area , close to the promenade and a ten minute walk into town with lots of shopping and a varied and bustling nightlife. North Pier, Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens and Grand Theatre are all within easy walking distance, whilst at the bottom of the road (75m) the famous Blackpool Trams regularly run to the Pleasure Beach in one direction and the neighbouring resorts of Bispham, Cleveleys and Fleetwood in the other.

Tourists information

Take the M55 into Blackpool, follow the signs for North Shore. At the town centre, head for the Promenade. Travel north, turn right onto Wilton Parade immediately after the Imperial Hotel.

Remarks

Weekend bookings between 1st July and 6th November plus all bank holidays must consist of two or more nights.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
