The Baltimore Bean Company Public Bar is a lively American style public bar. The hotel's Cocktail Bar is open late and is for use by residents only.

Tourists information

By road:
- Take the A38, follow signs for the International Convention Centre (ICC), National Indoor Arena (NIA) and Broad Street.
- On Broad Street, continue for Five Ways Island and take the underpass which leads onto Hagley Road. The hotel is situated 1.5 kilometres on the right.

By rail:
From Birmingham New Street Railway Station: take a taxi to the hotel, which is less than 4 kilometres away.
