These luxury furnished apartments offer a prime city centre location and sophisticated facilities.

Each feature a fitted kitchen, dining space, living room with comfortable couches, a balcony overlooking the city or an attractive courtyard area. Double or twin style bedrooms are also available, along with sofa beds and deluxe bathrooms that feature a bath and shower.

Our one bedroom executive apartment has a separate study room with desk for convenience as well as a single bed.

A one bedroom apartment sleeps a maximum of 3 people, the one bedroom executive sleeps a maximum of 4 people and the 2 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 5 people.

The apartments are a short walk from the famous Bull Ring and The Mail Box shopping centres, the vibrant night life of Broad Street, China Town and Arcadian Centre. And when you return from exploring the city, StayBirmingham offer modern living spaces in which to relax.

All apartments have a roll away sofa bed. Cots and high chairs are available upon request.

Tourists information

From New Street Station:
- Exit onto Queens Drive, turn right then left onto Hill Street.
- Continue onto Hurst Street then turn right onto Bromsgrove Street, where you will find the hotel.

You can only pay with cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Maestro, Switch or other credit/debit cards are not accepted by the hotel.

Please note that all apartments are strictly non-smoking, StayBirmingham does not allow the apartments to be used for parties. A security deposit of GBP 250 will be required by the hotel.

Guests will need to check-in and collect their keys at the nearby Arc Apartments, Arcadian Centre, Hurst Street, Birmingham, B5 4TD.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 10.00 per day.
