The Mailbox car park (available at an additional cost) is fully secured and allows access to all levels by lift.

Room information

All rooms are en suite with power shower, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fan, in-house movies, telephone and modem points.

Food and beverages

Newly renovated Restaurant, and bar area serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. From 01 November 2005, room service continental breakfast and room service dinner will be available.

Tourists information

The hotel is situated on Level 7 of The Mailbox, overlooking the canal. For satellite navigation directions, please type Suffolk Street, Queensway.

By Car:
From the M6 (North and South):
- Leave the M6 at junction 6, and follow signs to the A38/city centre.
- Go under 2 tunnels: Great Charles Street and Queensway.
- As you exit the 2nd tunnel, move into the left-hand lane.
- Look opposite the dual carriageway and you will see The Mailbox.
- Do a U-turn at the next available island.

From the M5 (North and South):
- Leave the M5 at junction 3.
- At the motorway island, follow signs for Birmingham city centre.
- Take the A456 (Hagley Road West) for approximately 3.2 km (2 miles).
- You will then see signs for The Mailbox from here.

Parking:
The Mailbox car park (available at an additional cost) is fully secured and allows access to all levels by lift. The entrance to the car park is at the front of The Mailbox.

Remarks

Guests paying cash will have to pay on arrival and leave a 50 pounds deposit.
Please note all Maestro/Switch or Solo cards will be charged on arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
