Roban House is a small, friendly guest house with luxury rooms, many en suite and with modern facilities, while there is free on-street parking close by.

A maximum of 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath and from the bus and train stations, we offer the most convenient solution for your stay. We provide a complimentary pre-packed breakfast for you in your room (cereal, milk, juice, muffins, biscuits, tea/coffee/chocolate) and we can organise discounts for tourist attractions, or arrange early check-in and late check-outs (charges may apply). We'll contact you after your booking to confirm details about accommodation, check-in and parking, and any special requirements.

Our free wireless broadband internet service means you can catch up on your emailing or surfing - you will need to bring your own wireless-equipped laptop or PDA.

Tourists information

By car from the East or North:
- Leave the M4 motorway at junction 18.
- Take the A46 south for Bath and follow signs initially for the city centre then the A4 for Bristol.
- After passing through a number of traffic lights and roundabouts you will see a Renault Dealer on the right. Turn left opposite this (alongside the Green Park Tavern) into Westmoreland Road. This becomes Lower Oldfield Park when it passes under the railway bridge.
- Roban House (number 26) is 100 metres up the road on the right hand side.

From the South/East:
- Take the A36 from Southampton, Salisbury and Warminster into Bath.
- On joining the A4 in Bath turn left for Bristol.
- After passing through a number of traffic lights and roundabouts you will see a Renault Dealer on the right. Turn left opposite this (alongside the Green Park Tavern) into Westmoreland Road. This becomes Lower Oldfield Park when it passes under the railway bridge.
- Roban House (number 26) is 100 metres up the road on the right hand side.

Remarks

Payment by credit or debit card will incur an additional surcharge of 5%.

For the benefit of others, any guest who smells strongly of tobacco smoke will not be permitted to enter, and any guest who contaminates the room with tobacco smells or other permanent odours will be charged for redecoration and cleaning.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
