Dorset Villa Guest House is comfortable, friendly b&b accommodation situated approximately 5 minutes from city centre. The guest house has its own car park at the rear, and all rooms have a colour TV.

A 2 storey Victorian building very conveniently situated, close to the centre of the beautiful World Heritage Georgian city of Bath. Dorset Villa has 6 comfortable, recently refurbished rooms.

Hotel information

The guest house is situated close to all local amenities including, pubs, restaurants, theatre, etc.
Although decorated to modern tastes, many period features remain.

Room information

The rooms are situated on 3 floors and with one exception are ensuite.
A ground floor double and single room are available for guests who may have difficulty with stairs.

Area information

The guest house is close by the world famous Royal Crescent and Roman Baths.
As well as historic Bath, we are close to Stonehenge, Wells, Glastonbury and Cheddar.

Tourists information

Dorset Villa is situated on the A4 on the Bristol side of the town centre.

By Car:
- Exit the M4 motorway at junction 18.
- Join the A46 and follow the signs for Bath, where you will join the A4.
- Stay on this road into the town and ignore the signs to deviate: keep going straight on the main road.
- You will come to Queen Square - follow the road markings for the A4.
- Dorset Villa is located 200 yards past Queen Square on the right-hand side.

Please note: satellite navigations systems do not show Crescent Gardens; input Upper Bristol Road as the destination.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
